(Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.Jayachandran J.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to issue a community certificate to the petitioner's son and daughter. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have already issued community certificates to the petitioner's children. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
