(Order of the court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J.) Since the order of this Court has been stayed by the Honourable Supreme Court, there was no disqualification for the 6th respondent to contest and he was allowed to contest and was lost in the Bar Council Election.

2.In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
