Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Bail Condition ordered that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 A.M, until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.NO.256 of 2022 dated 07-01-2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.256 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly.
