PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2381/A1/2020 dated 30-11-2020 and quash the same and direct the respondents to treat the petitioner as having served at the Government Primary Health Centre, Anchetty till her actual date of relieving from the said Centre i.e., 06-09-2020 and refrain from treating her as having been relieved from the Government Primary Health Centre, Anchetty on any date prior to 06-09-2020.

ORDER
The issue that arise for consideration in this writ petition is about awarding of 10% incentive marks to an in-service candidate in order to assesses her merit in the NEET examination and the claim of the petitioner was negatived by the respondents by passing the impugned order dated 30.11.2020.

This matter earlier came up for consideration on 07.06.2024 and 14.06.2024 and the same was adjourned to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to get instructions from the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported 'no instructions'. 3.
On the other hand, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has got admission into PG course after filing of the writ petition and she has been pursuing the course at Tiruvannamalai Government Hospital. In view of the same, there is no necessity to further examine the matter on merits.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed and the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. 18.06.2024 Index :
