This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent not to take any coercive steps to vacate the 2nd respondent from the premises at No.38/6, DGQA Complex, Palavanthangal, Chennai - https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

600 114 which was provided by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent vide allotment No.009/EMC/A dated 01.11.2011.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing on 18.11.2021, Mr.V.Devendhiran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is no longer appearing for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court has directed the matter to be listed on 07.12.2021. Even today, when the matter is called, though Mr.V.Devendhiran as well as the name of the petitioner viz., S.Vijayalakshmi were printed in the cause list, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case any further.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
