The Revision is filed challenging an order of a trial Court in allowing the application filed by the 2nd defendant under Order VIII Rule 9 C.P.C. for receiving additional written statement. This is challenged by the plaintiff. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the records.

3.This Court does not find any illegality or irregularity in the order of the trial Court and hence this Court considers the revision is devoid of merit. Having said thus, this Court notices that the suit is laid some eight years ago and the trial and disposal has to be conducted expeditiously. 4.Therefore, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter within a period of six (6) months from the date of communication of this order. For complying with this order, it may even advance the posting if it is so necessary after giving notice to all the parties in the suit. The plaintiff is at liberty to file any reply to the additional written statement now received by the trial Court if he is so desirous.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.No.4429 of 2022 is closed. No costs. 23.03.2022 kas Note: Order copy on 28.03.2022
