O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in FIR.No.366 of 2021, dated 15.11.2021 from the file of the 2nd Respondent, Thally Police Station, Krishnagiri District to CBCID of police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that originally the case in Cr.No.366 of 2021 was registered for the offences under Section 302 and 201 IPC. During the course of investigation the case was altered to under Section 302, 201 of IPC r/w 3(2) (5) of SC/ST (POA) Act. He would further submit that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri.

3. In view of the above said submission, prayer sought for by the Petitioner for transfer cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
