This petition is filed for restoration of C.R.P.No.395 of 2019, which came to be dismissed for default on 15.12.2022.

2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that her name was not printed in the cause list on 15.12.2022 and hence she did not appear.

3.Learned counsel also circulated a copy of the cause list for the perusal of the Court. This court is satisfied with the reasons stated. This C.M.P.No.8506 of 2023 stands allowed accordingly. C.R.P.No.395 of 2019 is restored to file.

4.Post the matter on 06.06.2023 for final arguments.
