PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 to give the monthly salary of the petitioner from 01.08.2017 to till date and also regularize the period of suspension from 20.08.2017 to 01.11.2017 and sanction all other service benefits during the period of suspension. O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the salary to be paid during the period of suspension has already been settled except the salary due for the period from 20.08.2017 to 01.11.2017. In other words, the respondents are liable to be pay the salary to the writ petitioner with reference to the period from 20.08.2017 to 01.11.2017, rest of the claims of the writ petitioner are already settled. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Thus, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner in this regard, take a decision and pass orders, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
