Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India r/w.482 of Cr.P.C. to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to provide police protection to the property situated in S.F.No.566/3A to an extent of 1 Acre situated in Thiginarai Village, Thalavadi Taluk, Erode District and to survey the land by the first respondent and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2023 within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 1/4

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to provide police protection to the property situated in S.F.No.566/3A to an extent of 1 Acre situated in Thiginarai Village, Thalavadi Taluk, Erode District and to survey the land by the first respondent and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no complaint/ representation has been received from the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to give a complaint/ representation in person before the second respondent and the second respondent shall conduct an enquiry and take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of complaint/ representation from the petitioner. 2/4
