This petition has been filed to relax the condition that '' the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders", imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15249 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20063 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in Paragraph No.3 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15249 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20063 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 is relaxed.
