This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 03.07.2015 invoking Section 203 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994, to take away the 1/3

cheque signing power from the petitioner and entrust the same to the 2nd respondent under the charge of irregularity in the approval of layouts in Lakshminarayanapuram Village Panchayat.

2.Perusal of records reveals that the Writ Petition has been filed in the year 2015 and the tenure of the elected body is already over. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition, for further adjudication. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
