PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.32606 of 2024 on 03.01.2025. For Petitioner :

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.32606 of 2024 on 03.01.2025.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32606 of 2024 on 03.01.2025 is totally relaxed.
