This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., Page No.1 of 4

until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27598 of 2024 order dated 04.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27598 of 2024 dated 04.11.2024 is relaxed.
