O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice ) Learned Government Pleader states that the order has been complied with. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioners states that there is difference in calculation on account of number of years of service being taken into account. Learned Government Pleader points out that in a similar situation, a Division Bench of this Court, by an order dated 27.01.2015 passed in Contempt Petition No.2611 of 2014, had closed the contempt proceedings, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise the issue in separate legal proceedings, if so advised.

2. We, thus, follow the same course of action and close the contempt petition with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the aforesaid order passed in Contempt Petition No.2611 of 2014 dated 27.01.2015.
