This Court vide order dated 03.04.2023, directed the respondent to furnish security to the extent of the claim made in the application on or before 05.06.2023.

However, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the applicant would submit that no such security has been furnished and the aforesaid order passed by this Court has not been complied with. Therefore, she requests this Court to pass an order of attachment of immovable properties mentioned in Schedule I to the Judges' summon.

3. After filing of this petition, notice was ordered and served on the respondent and the name of the respondent was also printed in the cause list. 4. In view of the above, on considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is inclined to order attachment of immovable properties as prayed for.

5. Accordingly, this Court order attachment of immovable properties mentioned in Schedule I to the Judges' summon.
