ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction to direct the first respondent not to grant permission to agitation on 14.02.2025 in pursuance to the letter given by the second respondent dated 01.02.2025. 2.

It is seen that the petitioner already filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.4610 of 2025 seeking police protection in and around the petitioner's factory to ensure safe ingrees and egress on men and materials and the agitation of the employees. This Court by an order dated 10.02.2025 granted an interim order as follows :- "5.

Hence, there shall be an order of interim direction directing the first respondent to provide adequate police protection for ingress and egress of vehicles and people from in and out of the petitioner company and further vacate the trespassing workmen assemble illegally in any form within the radius of 500 meters from the petitioner's Company premises, situated at No.RNS1, Renault Nissan supplier park, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District-602 105. In case of any violation of this order, the respondent police shall extend the necessary protection to the petitioner."

Now, the petitioner sought for direction directing the first respondent not to grant any permission to agitation on 14.02.2025. 3.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the second respondent submitted application seeking permission to agitate and the same is pending. 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the request made by the second respondent in the light of the interim order passed in W.P.No.4610 of 2025 dated 10.02.2023, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, forthwith.

With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
