O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 08.01.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and demarcation of the boundaries.

Heard Mr.G.Ranganathan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 and 2. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts of circumstances of the case and considering the materials available on record, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an on-line application to the 1st respondent and pay the necessary charges. On receipt of the same, the respondents shall act upon the application and conduct the survey in the subject property in line with the title document relied upon by the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the on-line application from the petitioner. If there are any rival claimants, the survey shall be conducted in their presence.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
