ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order and decretal order dated 27.04.2015 made in CMP.No.32 of 2015 in AS.No.268 of 2014 on the file of XVII Additional Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai. 2.

Both the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the sole petitioner died long back i.e. 27.09.2015 itself. To that extent, already memo has been filed on 22.03.2018. Even till today, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner did not take any steps to implead themselves as parties to the present civil revision petition.

Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
