Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent to reinstate the Petitioner in service as a Bar Attender in the TASMAC Wine Shop.

ORDER
1.The prayer in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent to reinstate the Petitioner in service as a Bar Attender in the TASMAC Wine Shop. 2.This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.
3.The prayer of the Petitioner is to reinstate him in service as a Bar Attender in the TASMAC Wine Shop. In the counter affidavit, filed by the Respondent, it has been stated in paragraph 6 that based on the request of the Petitioner and recommendations of the Senior Regional Manager, TASMAC Limited, Coimbatore, the Petitioner had been reinstated in service and posted in the Shop No.3679, on 06.03.2014, vide letter No.240/2014/A4, dated, 06.03.2014, of the Respondent and the Petitioner is working in the TASMAC Limited till date. of the said statement made by the Respondent in paragraph 6 of its counter affidavit, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as nothing survives. No costs.
