No.12719 of 2016 in C.R.P.No.3569 of 2013 C.T.SELVAM, J., These two petitions are filed to amend the cause title / name of the petitioner in order in the above Civil Revision Petitions as Sri Saraswathi Timber Mart instead of Sri Saraswathi Timber Depot.

2. Heard learned counsel for both sides.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, both these petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and show the name of the respondent/defendant as Sri Saraswathi Timber Mart instead of Sri Saraswathi Timber Depot and issue fresh amended order copy. 30.08.2016 ssn Note:Issue order copy on 06.09.2016.
