ORDER

Ms.M.Anisha, representing Ms.Elizabeth Ravi, counsel on record for the petitioner and Mr.S.Mayilnathan counsel on record for the respondents are before this Court.

2. Mr.S.Mayilnathan takes notice for the first respondent- Rathinavel in the aforesaid C.M.P.

3. This petition is filed by the petitioner under Order XXII Rule 4 of Civil Procedure Code with a prayer to bring on record the fourth respondent herein as the legal representative of the deceased 1 st respondent Paramasivam. This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Reasons stated in the affidavit are satisfied. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow the Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs.

5. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the main petition.

6. List the matter on 26.09.2025.
