ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to complete the investigation a case in Crime No.43/2016 on the file of 2nd

respondent and subsequently direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report within a stipulated period.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ulundurpet.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ulundurpet, to act upon the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
