This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the the 2nd Respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to continue his construction activities.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel Government Advocate would submit that there appears to be dispute between the Petitioner and the builder/3rd Respondent. were directed to approach appropriate civil Court and obtain orders. Based on the come out of the civil proceedings, the Respondent police will provide appropriate police protection. 3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
