This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1045 days in filing the appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.19898 of 2023.

2.Mr.Murali Vinodh, the learned counsel takes notice for the sole respondent and submits that he has no objection to the condonation of delay on condition that the petitioners waive interest for the delay period of 1045 days.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent the delay of 1045 days is condoned on condition that the petitioner's forefeit the interest for the delay period of 1045 days.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

4. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
