The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that CSR No.39 of 2022 is pending against the petitioner and if the petitioner cooperates with the enquiry, the enquiry will be completed within a period of three weeks.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to cooperate with the enquiry without any deviation and on such cooperation, there shall be no coercive steps by the respondent police till the completion of the investigation.
