O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.188 of 2015, dated 07.01.2015.

2. Mr.V.Selvaraj, Tahsildar, Natrampalli, is present before the Court and he would submit that the land in question falls within his jurisdiction, however he was not impleaded as the respondent in the Writ Petition, but only the Tahsildar, Tirupattur Taluk, who was not the proper https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent was impleaded.

3. Mr.V.Selvaraj, Tahsildar, Natrampalli, has further submitted that he has conducted an enquiry and submitted the report to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupattur on 07.08.2015 and it is now for the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupattur, to act on the said enquiry report.

4. In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
