ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.05.2016 vide CSR No.298/CSR/E3PSL&O/2016 and to file final report. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

On a reading of the complaint dated 10.05.2016, it essentially appears to be a dispute amongst the petitioner, his brothers and sisters with regard to partitioning of house. It is alleged by the petitioner that on 08.05.2016, when he was not in the house, his brothers and sisters tried to dispossess him. In this regard, on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.298/2016. Since the dispute is essentially between the family members, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent to register an FIR.
