This Court by an order dated 03.07.2023 had directed the petitioner to impose the condition of payment of Rs.5000/- by the petitioner to the 1st defendant in order to restore the suit. I had called the matter on 19.07.2023 for compliance.

2.Mr.Dhanasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had reported that he is yet to get instructions, therefore, the matter was posted on 26.07.2023. On 26.07.2023, again a request was made to post the matter on 09.08.2023. Even today Mr.Dhanasekaran is not in a position to report as if the cost has been paid or not.
