Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings O.Mu.No.2521/Aa2/2012 dated 17.01.2013 and Na.Ka.No.1208/Aa2/2012 dated 11.06.2012 respectively and quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher with effect from 26.09.2011 and 04.01.2012 respectively and confer all the consequential benefits.

C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking to quash the orders dated 17.01.2013 and 11.06.2012 respectively, passed by the first respondent and to direct the respondents to approve their appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher with effect from 26.09.2011 and 04.01.2012 respectively and for consequential benefits.

2.When the matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that during the pendancy of these writ petitions, the relief sought for has been granted to the petitioners, however, liberty may be granted to the petitioners to approach the respondents with fresh representation for consequential benefits. 3.In view of the above, these writ petitions are closed granting such liberty to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
