Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.04.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.148/2016 and the same was closed on 10.04.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
