Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS to call for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent 09.01.2017 in C3.D.No.03/2017 agains the petitioner's husband Muthuraj, male aged 27 years, S/o Raji @ Raja, who is confined at Central Prison, Salem and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before the Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.MURALIDARAN,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed, by the wife of the detenu, namely, Muthuraj, aged 27 years, Son of Raji @ Raja, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent 09.01.2017 in S.C.No.03/2017 against the petitioner's husband Muthuraj, male aged 27 years, S/o Raji @ Raja, who is confined at Central https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Prison, Salem and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before the Court and set him at liberty. At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent, against the husband of the petitioner dated 09.01.2017 has been revoked by the Government, in G.O. Rt.No.1021, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 28.02.2017 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
