This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court dated 07.01.2015 in W.P.No.4 of 2015, in and by which the second respondent was directed to pay the market value https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of the rice to the petitioner.

2.It is not in dispute that payment has been effected to the petitioner. But, the grievance of the petitioner is that correct market value of the rice has not been paid. 3.However, this issue cannot be gone into at this stage, as it is a fresh cause of action. Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to question the market value fixed by the second respondent, before appropriate forum.
