The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 26.11.2018 as per law, within a time to be stipulated by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 and 3 are her sons, fourth respondent is her brother - in - law and respondents 5 and 6 are her sister - in - laws. According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the subject property, however, the petitioner's mother - in - law executed settlement https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
deed settling the subject property in favour of the respondents 2 to 6. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed O.S.No.348 of 2011 before the learned Additional District Munsif Alandur for declaration to declare the alleged settlement deed as null and void and the said suit was decreed in her favour, however, suppressing the said fact, respondents 2 to 6 obtained patta in their name. In this regard, the petitioner made representation dated 26.11.2018 to the first respondent and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondents. 4.
In view of the above, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, shall pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
