This application is filed to permit the applicant's cross examination and other proceedings, which may require the personal appearance of the applicant in C.S.No.1364 of 1995, through video conference after the middle of April, 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff would submit that the applicant is aged about 75 years and suffering with all the age old ailments. That apart, on earlier occasion, during cross examination, the applicant was residing at Chennai and now, the applicant is residing at Guwahati with her son and presently, the husband of the applicant is aged about 81 years and he cannot accommodate the applicant, further, the learned counsel has produced medical certificate issued by the Medical Board, Gauhati, Assam to substantiate his contention, hence seeks indulgence of this Court to grant the prayer in this petition. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, particularly, the reasons stated in paragraph no.4 of the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to list the matter before the learned Master on 10.03.2022. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the Learned Master to adjourn the matter to 15.03.2022 to enable the respondents as well as the learned counsel for the respondents to proceed with the case.
