This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the original documents as per the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri's letter dated 04.01.2025, addressed to the first respondent, to produce: 1. petitioner's complaint, 2. petitioner's statement, and 3. Arumugam's statement, before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P.No.1991 of 2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. On a perusal of the records, it reveals that already the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri, was informed by the first respondent that the petitioner's complaint, statements of the petitioner, and one Arumugam's statement are available and were sent to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri. Now, the petitioner has sought the originals of those documents. After conducting an enquiry, the complaint was closed, and all original documents were sent to the first respondent. Therefore, the 2/5
originals of those documents are only available with the first respondent.

In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to furnish the original documents of the petitioner's complaint, statements of the petitioner, and one Arumugam's statement to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
