Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the land comprised in Survey Nos.561/7 & 562/10, situate at Vellaikottai, Keragodahalli Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to demarcate boundaries with boundary stone based on the online application of the petitioner dated 29.09.2021 with adequate police protection under the supervision of the first and third respondents, based on the communications issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.no.45/2022/I 1 dated 12.07.2022 and 26.09.2022. 1/4

ORDER
