(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R4 with reference to the relief sought in the present writ petition would submit that an enquiry was conducted and patta was already granted in favour of the petitioner, by cancelling the patta, which stood in the name of some other person.
2. Since patta had already been granted in the name of the petitioner, any person in occupation of the land is to be dealt with by the petitioner by approaching competent Civil Court of Law in the manner known to law.
