This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit on the complaint given by one Esakkiduraipandian, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
