ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned orders dated 4.9.2012 and to consequently direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical).

2. It is seen from the counter-affidavit filed by the first respondent that the charges framed against the petitioner were not proved and the petitioner was thereafter considered and granted promotion with effect from 01.02.2013.

3. In that view of the matter, no further adjudication needs to be made in the present writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of recording the averments made in the counter-affidavit filed by the first respondent. No costs.
