Order : This Petition coming for Extension of time on the Sixth day of January Two Thousand Twenty Two and perusing (i) the earlier order dated 09/12/2019 and letter dater 29/01/2021 vide D.No.67/2021 from the Subordinate Judge, Attur and (ii) the earlier order dated 05/03/2021 and letter dater 16/12/2021 vide D.No.1050/2021 from the Subordinate Judge, Attur, this court made the the following order:- By an order dated 09.12.2019, this Court allowed C.R.P.(PD). No.2693 of 2015, with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2002 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned Sub Judge, Attur, by a letter to the Registry dated 29.01.2021, sought extension of time to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2002. This Court by the order dated 05.03.2021, granted three months time to dispose of the said H.M.O.P.

3.Again the learned Sub Judge, Attur, by the letter to the Registry dated 16.12.2021 seeks further extension of two months time to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2002 on the ground that the Advocates https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of their Bar abstained the Court from 10.04.2021 to 02.08.2021. From 02.08.2021 to 31.08.2021, the learned Judge was on medical leave. Thereafter, several miscellaneous petitions were filed by both sides and the learned Judge disposed of all the interlocutory petitions. Now this case is pending for respondent's side witnesses and hence, the case could not be disposed within three months. 4.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Sub Judge, Attur, further two months time is hereby granted to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2002, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 06/01/2022 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
