O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.1103 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police station. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was cheated by one Khalis of M/s.Steel India Corporation in respect of a business transaction and further, the mirrors of the car belonging to the petitioner have been damaged by the accused persons. In this connection, the petitioner had given a complaint to the respondent police and the same is pending investigation on the file of the respondent police station in Crime No.1103 of 2019. Stating so, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction to the respondent police to file final report within a stipulated time frame.

3.Mrs.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondent.

4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.1103 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police station, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
