ORDER

Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that even prior to the disposal of the writ petition, the application submitted by the petitioner dated 29.02.2024 was rejected through online portal. He would further submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the representation of the petitioner was reconsidered and a speaking order was passed by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A1/104/2025, dated 09.04.2025. Therefore, he submits that the direction issued in the main writ petition has been complied with.

2. In view of the fact that the respondent has considered the representation of the petitioner by passing an order dated 09.04.2025 referred to above, the petitioner has not made out a case of contempt.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also served a copy of the order dated 09.04.2025 to the counsel for the petitioner.
