ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 6(ii) in Crl.M.P.No.10846 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.985 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the trial Court till Februrary, 2026. Due to his health issues, he finds it difficult to appear before the trial Court every month. Hence, prays to relax the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions diligently.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month, is totally relaxed.
