ORDER

The petitioners seeks a direction to the respondents to grant her a certificate of vending, for running a mobile iron shop at Cathedral Garden Road, near water tank, Kodambakkam Highway, Chennai - 600 034. 2.Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu reports that Cathedral Garden Road is a 'Non Vending Zone'. When it is a 'Non Vending Zone', the petitioner cannot be granted a certificate permitting her to vend in that area. It is up to the petitioner to file appropriate application seeking permission in a vending zone. 3.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
