ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to furnish the last 5 year Annual Confidential Reports to the petitioner and consequently permit the petitioner to attend the counselling scheduled to be held on 06.08.2015 or on 07.08.2015.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner retired from service on reaching the age of superannuation and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
