2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent, on instructions, would submit that, the documents have been released in favour of petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner has also submitted that the documents have been released in his favour.
3. Recording the submissions, as the documents have been released to petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
