ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.32755 of 2023, dated 21.11.2023, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, has been considered and rejected, through the order dated 08.01.2024.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 08.01.2024 in the manner known to law.
