O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2017 for conducting a separate meeting for Karavazhi and Sthaniyars people before Karseva of the 2nd respondent temple for the year 2017 and in future, within a time frame. 2.Mr.C.T.Rammesh, Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry), takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, within a time frame, in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2017 and pass orders, on

merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the concerned parties, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
