O R D E R
The Revision Petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.11 of 2020 pending before the District Munsif Court, Jayamkondan and he seeks an early disposal of the said suit, which is barely two years old and is pending trial. 2.This Court was too hesitant to accommodate the request of the revision petitioner but, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner is an octogenarian and hence, the anxiety to dispose of the litigation at the earliest.
3.Since the trial Court is required to give priority to the litigations involving any senior citizen, the petitioner would well have approached the trial Court for the purpose. Having now approached this Court, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.11 of 2020 on or before 23.12.2022.
4.The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly allowed. No costs. 06.04.2022 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes / No Speaking /Non Speaking Tsg To The District Munsif Court, Jayamkondan.
